AC1 Group can liaise, design, fabricate, install and commission specialised Temperature - Humidity Constant Lab and Environment Rooms and facilities.

This particular constant Temperature and Humidity Lab was constructed into a portable building.

AC1 Group was tasked with the design of the HVACr system and its De-humidification capabilities of below 30% R.H.

Rooftop Package Unit Management

AC1 Group HVACr mechanics can completely service all Commercial and Industrial manufactured brands of Roof top package units, from 25kw to 120+ kw custom systems.

Our HVACr mechanical team are highly experienced in all aspects of the mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and electronic components of these systems.

In addition, we can manufacture, rectify and install metal roof flashings and sealants on penetrations for the systems, should they leak or perish. The products used by AC1 are industry specific to ensure complete and “correct” sealing of penetrations.

Retail , Commercial and Industrial Split Ducted and Supplementary Systems

AC1 Group, in commerical settings, provides personalised and specialised service, rectification and install; in environments; shopping centres/ retail, commerical properties, industrial complexes and specialised buildings housing HVACr equipment. Administration and service protocols are degisned around individual units to enusure the system is serviced to its specific requirements.

Large Scale and Complex Installation Applications

AC1 Group Project installations use high quality Commercial Equipment, with qualified, specialised operators.

All logistics planning and work is done in house, whether it be council or neighbouring liaising.

Then at prep project stage all parties are readily communicated with, and considered, so the task is smooth…and safe

Outside hours craneage and installations are suited for Commercial and Retail, so the client is not hampered with their operations.

This large-scale installation was completed through out the night and the early morning with almost zero downtime to the end user.

Operators produce all required documents and certifications for a successful and safe task.

HVACr Plant Equipment Restoration, Retrofits and Replacement

AC1 Group can professionally and successfully Restore and Retrofit, upon appraisal, most HVACr systems with age, or degradation.

Most older operating systems can be restored or retrofitted to be a more reliable and cost-effective operating system than the newer product.

Approximately $80,000.00 was saved on the above compressor retro-fit. The pre-existing compressor was superseded, AC1 resourced the newer hermetic replacement. The compressor and piping ensemble were retro-fited, the task was a complete success.
AC1 created the impossible with the above pumps, and saved the customer excess of $50,000.00

Our in-house case study proves that some restorations can see the older restored system last 2 lifespans of the newer products.

Some restorations carried out by AC1 Group have seen landlords save up to $750,000.00 in replacement costs, by opting for the restoration. In a comparative, solid 23-year-old systems were restored and retrofitted with like for like and modern replacement components. This system, operating 24hours a day, could now operate solidly, with specific maintenance for another 10-15 years.

The replacement system opted, will potentially see 2 x replacement periods during this timeframe.
